About Turnout Labs

We help businesses ship better products, faster with a suite of AI tools & services. We are at an exciting point in our journey and are looking for a visionary member to join our founding team to spearhead our customer engagement, commercial development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy Development
    Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Customer Engagement
    Champion the development of customer engagement strategies that leverage technology to create personalised, meaningful interactions. Establish metrics to track engagement and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

  • Financial Development
    Oversee financial planning, modelling, and forecasting to support business decisions. Help with securing funding, managing stakeholders' expectations and ensuring the financial health of the startup.

  • Business Operations
    Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, assist with recruitment, investor relations, comms, and logistics working closely with the rest of the leadership team to build a culture of ambition, respect, and innovation.

  • Leadership
    Work collaboratively with other founders and team members to foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and integrity. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet their objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience and Education
    Proven experience in a leadership role within a startup or similar dynamic environment. A strong background in commercial strategy, business development, or a related field.

  • Skills
    Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical abilities with a focus on business operations and relationship management. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Attributes
    Highly entrepreneurial with a passion for building businesses from the ground up. Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Deeply committed to customer success and creating value for all stakeholders and team members.
